Important Facts, Rules & Set Up

We want your Game Show Experience to be fun and stress free, so read these few guidelines now and you will know EXACTLY what to expect, and how to prepare your guests.

PLEASE INFORM ALL GUESTS --- All players MUST fill out a digital waiver on their personal cell phone when they arrive.  Two players CANNOT use the same phone. This is required by the state of Florida & our insurance company and we are required to adhere to their guidelines.  We cannot override this rule for any reason.

1. Guests will be allowed in the lobby NO MORE THAN 5-10 min prior to start time. Our staff needs time to clean and disinfect the studio between each group.
2. Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the studio at any time, for any reason.
3. Outside drinks are NOT permitted with any package
4. Adult crowds will have games that include adult subject matter & language & pop culture references
5. Groups with less than the minimum of required players for their package will result in shorter playing times.   Groups with less than 6 players will unfortunately be cancelled, and no refund will be given unless arranged prior.
6. Final balance is due in one total amount.  At most, balances can be split into a maximum of 2 EQUAL PAYMENT AMOUNTS.          We are not able to split your balance between all players. 
7. We will take photos for your group, which are sent to the host's cellphone after your experience
8. We recommend guests wear fun, bright colors; and we encourage matching outfits, costumes etc.   The two team colors are BLUE and GREEN, but we advise players NOT to wear these colors
9. ALL TIPS/GRATUITIES are absolutely appreciated and are split evenly among your event staff and our writing team, and are greatly appreciated!
   

2 Hour Events & Longer

BRINGING IN Food......  (flat rate packages only)

HAND HELD FOOD ONLY PLEASE - Cheese platters, cold snacks, sandwiches & desserts, chips & cookies are allowed to be brought in for flat rate or 2+ hour packages.

(please no salads, sauces or items that require utensils as we are not equipped for food service & clean up)

The ONLY HOT FOOD permitted is pizza.   (please NO garlic knots due to the smell)

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND players will not have time to eat during game play, and with that in mind please limit the amount of food and drinks that you bring.
